With decades of combined industry experience, they have devoted their professional and personal lives to delivering genuine hospitality to our guests.
Ed was raised, and continues to live and work, in Cumberland County NJ. He practiced his profession as a Registered Pharmacist from 1974 to 1979 while helping his parents operate their newly purchased Buena Vista Motel. In 1979, Ed left his profession to join the family business full-time when they bought the Lollipop Motel in North Wildwood. Ed served, and continues to serve, on various boards and committees in the community. The Roth family was awarded the "Businesspersons of the Year" by Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Ed has been married to Judy since 1978; they have three children.
Henry was born, raised and continues to work in Cumberland County NJ. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Accounting, and joined the family’s hospitality business after working several years in his field. Henry’s accounting experience has been instrumental for the growth of Tower Hospitality. Along with his family, Henry was awarded “Businessperson of the Year” by Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Henry has been married to Barbara since 1986, and they have four children.
Janice possesses over 19 years of Sales, Marketing & Operations leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Janice joined Tower Hospitality in January 2010 as the Corporate Director of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management. Her success led to a promotion to Corporate Director of Hotel Operations & Sales, and further accomplishments elevated her to Vice President of Sales & Operations at the end of 2013. She has an extensive sales & operations background and has worked in a leadership role for Hilton, Wyndham, Omni , Hampton and Independent Boutique hotels prior to joining Tower Hospitality. Janice has completed many industry sales, marketing and operational education courses throughout her career. She and her husband, Michael enjoy travel and spending time with friends and loved ones at the Jersey shore.
Director of IT
As a South Jersey native, Rob began his career in the Information Technology field in 1999 while studying at The College of New Jersey. After earning his B.S. in Computer Engineering, Rob continued his tenure at Computers & Networks Unlimited, with multiple promotions eventually elevating him to General Manager. Rob went on to join Tower Hospitality in 2007 as Director of IT, combining his technology prowess and business acumen in helping Tower maintain their market leading status through innovative systems and solutions. He continues to reside in South Jersey, and enjoys motorsports and the company of his wife and daughter.
Jayne Beers Kutsopias
Regional Director of Sales & Marketing
Jayne has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years, with leadership roles in Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales & Marketing. Jayne joined Tower Hospitality in February of 2013 as General Manager of the Wingate by Wyndham and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in July of 2014. Her industry experience with Hilton, Sheraton, Choice, Wyndham and Extended Stay Hotels has enabled her to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Tower Team. Jayne is a graduate of Lehigh County Community College and numerous industry related courses. Originally from Pennsylvania where her daughter still resides, Jayne has made her New Jersey home in Pitman where she lives with her 2 cats. In her free time she enjoys exploring New Jersey, spending time at the beach, reading, and visiting with her daughter.
Area Restaurant Manager
Domingo has been employed by Tower Hospitality for 19 years. He started in 1998 at Denny’s Northfield as a late night cook. After working both as a cook and server for three years he was promoted to Restaurant Manager. Realizing that Tower Hospitality was a company that fostered growth from within, he worked hard and excelled in his knowledge of the Denny’s brand. Domingo was promoted to the GM position at Denny’s Northfield in 2005 and a few years later, assumed the GM role at Denny’s Vineland. Domingo’s dedication to not only our Denny’s restaurants but, to Tower Hospitality as a whole, resulted in his most recent promotion in January 2017 to Area Restaurant Manager, overseeing the restaurant portfolio operations. Domingo resides in Pleasantville, NJ with his wife, Lucy, and enjoys time spent with his two daughters and son.
Human Resource Director
Natalie has been a Millville resident for over 20 years. She has many years of experience working in the Human Resources field handling a full scope of HR functions. She has lead projects that include multilevel recruitment, the design and implementation of employee training & orientation programs, internal document audits and health/safety initiatives. Natalie previously held positions as Human Resource and Accounting Manager for Trump National Golf Club Philadelphia, and Human Resource Manager for Probitas Technologies. Natalie holds a dual Degree from Cumberland County College in Business Management and Human Resource Management and is continuing her education with Wilmington University in HR Management/Organizational Development. Natalie stays up to date with current HR trends by attending meetings with the local HRA of Southern NJ. She is married and has two boys, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and anything that allows her to be outdoors.
Director of Finance
Kristin was born and raised in the Vineland area and holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University. She joined the Tower Hospitality team in October 2017, and brings over 20 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field, including experience with General Mills, Inc., the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, and Performance Food Group. Kristin has extensive knowledge and understanding of budgets, financial statement analysis and preparation, cost analysis, payroll, and management skills, all making her an excellent addition to the Tower Team. She enjoys spending time with her husband Rick, her teenage children Andrew & Carly, and their dogs.
Penny joined Tower Hospitality following a twenty-four year tenure with General Mills in the Finance Department. After the closure of the Progresso plant in Vineland, Penny assumed the position of Internal Auditor, challenged with applying her years of expertise to streamline operations through cost savings and innovative strategies. As a South Jersey native, Penny graduated from Woodstown High School and Glassboro State College. Penny currently resides in Millville, and is married with two sons, who both live out of state, and a rescue dog, Gretchen.
